PRIMARY CAUSE OF THE FINANCIAL MELTDOWN
Who am I but an independent business person with a network of contacts that encompasses a broad spectrum of our society. In the process of discussing the economic situation that has been confronting the United States and now the whole world and speaking to people involved in the financial markets, leaving out the politics, the primary reason why the economy is where it is, is because of the REAL ESTATE AND MORTGAGE MARKETS FOR THE PAST 15YEARS.
It is not the Bush tax programs for the past 8 years, it is the lack of control over the real estate and mortgage industry whereby people were given money for mortgages that should not have been given money, both legal and illegal.
This lack of control started under the administration of Bill Clinton. So, stop blaming George Bush, and lets get back to the cause of the problem BILL CLINTON.
