SHIP OF STATE HIT ICEBERG

Our government, Federal, State and local in reference to the Katrina fiasco was inept in performing its duties properly. It was like a ship being hit by an iceberg. Ninety percent of the problem was out of sight. I have been receiving and sending e-mail from republican and democrats, liberals and conservatives each blaming the other side for the problems that existed and those that happened.

We know that the majority of an iceberg is underwater and if a ship hits one and is damaged the objective is to save or repair the ship, if not it will sink.

In the eyes of many of our allies and expecially our adversarial nations we have indicated our weeknesses. Therefore it is my opinion that there should begin to be a process to strenghten and show unity and congruency of evert to resolve and correct the inequities that helped to bring about the disaster that occurred in the Gulf Coast and repair our ship of state.
