The Snake
the relationship.
Lying in a brass bed
With my lady by my side,
The view was
Southerly and dark.
We were still and sleeping
When much to my supprise,
A snake appeared on the brass head
Mouth wide open curled to strike.
I sprang up quickly
And grabed its neck,
Reached for my case
Scalpelled its head off dissected it too.
