On This Day
Today December 19th seems to be a day that has had a profound effect in my life.
It is on this day in 1978, I believe, that my first wife tried to lock me up for child support and simutaneously tried to take possession of my practice with writs of execution and I beat her and her attorney on both attempts.
It is on this day in 1978 that after I filed a complaint before the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee, against the sitting judge in my divorce case in Morris County , New Jersey, it was on this day, I believe, that he RESIGNED. This was mentioned in an article I posted on December 6, 2004 entitled Last Place For Justice-If At All, paragraph number one.
It was on this day in 1978, I believe, that it came to my attention that my FILE WAS MISSING in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in the case of Barbier vs. the Governor of New Jersey and I notified the Attorney General of the United States Benjamin Civiletti,The Chief Judge of The United States District Court for New Jersey Clarkson Fischer, and, The Clerk for the United States District Court For New Jersey Angelo Lo Cascio. This was mentioned in an article I posted on December 6, 2004 entitled Last Place For Justice-If At All, paragraph number two.
